Billing and Attendance

Statements will be emailed at the beginning of each month and is due by the 20th of the month. If payment is not received by the 20th, at $25.00 fee will be added to your statement. If your statement is not kept current, your child(ren) will not be permitted to attend Bandit Club or enroll in After-School Enrichment Classes. 

TO PAY ONLINE:

1. Visit MyProcare.com and login with the email address associated with your statement.

ENROLL IN AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

 Download this form to enroll in Procare Solutions Automated Payment Processing. The billed amount will automatically be charged to the card on file or the funds will be transferred electronically from your checking account. Please turn in the Procare form to Bandit Staff.

TO PAY IN PERSON:

Checks are accepted and should be made payable to Bandit Club. They can be brought directly to Bandit or dropped off in the school office. 

You can come into Bandit Club and pay at the front desk with a credit/debit card with the Director or Assistant Director.

If you are experiencing financial hardship to please do not hesitate to reach out to Bandit Club for assistance.

Bandit Club is open to all children who attend Wagner Ranch School on a drop-in basis.

If you need your child(ren) to attend Bandit and they do not know, please call: (925) 258-6435 or email: BanditClub@orinda.k12.ca.us and we will relay the message.

If your child arrives at school before 7:45am (early release) or 8:35am (late release) they must sign into Bandit Club. There is no school-provided supervision during this time. If your child is not picked up at carpool they will be sent to Bandit Club and signed in. 

We are a well-child program; if your child is picked up from school due to illness, they may not attend Bandit Club that day. If your child becomes ill at our program, you will be notified and will need to make arrangements to have your child picked up.

Reservations are required only on Minimum Days due to staffing requirements. Minimum Days include a 2-hour minimum charge. Reservation sign ups for minimum days are available in the forms section and will be linked in the Friday Wagner E-News prior. You will be charged for 2 hours reserved time if your child does not attend and you have not cancelled your reservation. Students that arrive at Bandit Club without a reservation will be sent to the front office to call a parent/guardian for immediate pickup.
